I specialize in what I call "service design," a discipline that combines hard-headed business sense with the softer, more intuitive work of design. This combination has manifested itself in a lot of different ways, which you can see in my bio.
As someone who started a business, grew it to a market leadership position and then successfully sold it, I offer real-world experience and insights to my clients, who are typically CEOs and senior executives of small to mid-size businesses.
I share these insights in many ways, including one-on-one coaching, meeting facilitation, capability audits, and due diligence. I have designed recurring revenue streams for project-based companies, found key executives to round out management teams, and valuable employees who bring new skills and perspectives.
Almost all of my business comes through personal referrals via an extensive network of business associates and venture investors. Most importantly, my clients benefit from this network, gaining access to resources, employees, clients, partners, advisors and even new friends.
Currently, I am focused on my new venture, Frontier Service Design, LLC which I launched in 2008.
